Credit Manager

<strong>This position is on-site in our Bridgeville, Pennsylvania office.</strong><br><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong> The Credit Manager will investigate and verify the financial soundness of prospective customers, ensure appropriate credit extensions, maintain high priority collection accounts, and collect outstanding balances. Will also create custom target reports, negotiate fair account settlements, and work with collection agencies on delinquent accounts.<br><ul><li>Manage and process receivables to expedite the conversion of these assets to cash</li><li>Control credit limits and terms</li><li>Input accurate account information into systems</li><li>Extend credit to 'Prudent Risk' Customers based on pre-established guidelines</li><li>Process monthly finances correctly</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution in business, accounting, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in credit & collections, finance, and/or accounting</li><li>Working knowledge of cash application and accounting principles.</li><li>Ability to balance and navigate the sales and receivables relationship.</li><li>Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adhere to fluid deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.</li><li>Curious and seeks to improve processes controls.</li><li>Detail oriented with strong analytical skills</li><li>Team player and solid communicator (written and verbal skills); strong interpersonal skills including flexibility and dependability; ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul><br><strong>Benefits:</strong><br><ul><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision</li><li>Company paid short-term, long-term disability, basic life, and AD&D</li><li>PTO and Holidays</li></ul>
