Tax Senior

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently partnered with one of Raleigh's leading accounting firms for the Triangle Area that is looking for an experienced Tax Senior. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax filings while maximizing tax benefits for our clients.

In this role, you will prepare and review tax returns, conduct research on tax laws and regulations, and collaborate with clients and team members to optimize tax strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
• Identify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clients
• Mentor and guide junior tax professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
