We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and technical accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and provide valuable financial insights.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
* Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial projections.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze results, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
* Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and assumptions.
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
* Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, coordinating with external tax advisors as necessary.
* Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and capital investment decisions.
* Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.



*Qualifications:*
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the construction or related industry.
* In-depth knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles.
* Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
* Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
