Job Overview We at St Joseph Pharmacy are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and medication management services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Monitor patient drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, and side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide drug information and education to patients
- Oversee medication administration processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active pharmacist license in the state of NJ
- Post-residency experience preferred
- Experience in critical care, acute pain management, and pediatrics is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
