You Are

Accenture’s Configuration Specialist will use technical, industry and functional expertise to shape and co-create technology solutions to achieve business objectives. Analyze current state and redefine business processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets. Advise on technical requirements and interventions that prepare the organization for change.

The Configuration Specialist will configure and develop wealth related workflows utilizing a low-code platform (IFS), IGrafx, and pre-built APIs. Support both functional and UAT testing to ensure workflows adhere to business requirements. Assist with code promotions and any production deployment related artifacts. Collaborate with various client stakeholders in order to deliver high quality Brokerage and Trust related workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness.

  • Actively promote the effective and expanded use of Accenture resources/services/ offerings (internal and external)

  • Provide direction to others for navigating change, clarifying ambiguity and minimizing resistance

  • Use external and/or non-traditional sources of information to bring insight to problems

  • Ensure that team decisions are achieved effectively by sharing the bigger picture to create a collective sense of purpose

  • Work with stakeholders to create client centric solutions

  • Provide guidance and direction that is in the client's (internal and external) best interest

  • Considers implications beyond project scopes that help provide direction to the team and achieve long-term goals

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Minimum of 4 years infrastructure/network discovery, design, build, and migration experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
