The Role The Senior Scientist supports the Center for Outcomes Research, Real-world Evidence and Epidemiology (CORE) team in Global Medical Affairs. This individual will be part of the US CORE team. This is a one-year contract role with potential to go permanent. It will require onsite presence in Princeton, NJ. Responsibilities Support implementation of strategies to demonstrate the unmet need, economic and real-world value of Genmab products with a focus on outcomes meaningful to payers, clinical decision-makers, and regulators. Assist with research to generate evidence necessary to demonstrate product differentiation for commercial/market access needs and work closely with Global CORE colleagues to disseminate research to appropriate US audience Assist in projects and management of external partners/vendors in the execution of CORE studies Engage with cross-functional teams in medical affairs strategy, commercial, market access, safety, legal. regulatory, medical information, publications. etc. as required Support execution of communication/publication strategies for given product & for publication/presentation of research outcomes at scientific conferences and forums Requirements Graduate (PhD or Masters) degree and/or relevant work experience in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, public health, health policy Minimum requirement: 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences consulting or a managed care setting in the direct conduct of health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, and epidemiology studies Prior experience with outcomes research methods, including study design and analysis About You You are passionate about our purpose and genuinely care about our mission to transform the lives of patients through innovative cancer treatment You bring rigor and excellence to all that you do.
