Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and implement process improvements across our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>Productivity Enhancement:</strong><br><ul><li>Continuously develop and refine productivity strategies.</li><li>Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.</li></ul><br><strong>Supply Chain Optimization:</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate major initiatives across the Supply Chain, including purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, packaging, and engineering to ensure optimal costs and efficiency.</li></ul><br><strong>Lean/Six Sigma Implementation:</strong><br><ul><li>Train and coach plant personnel on Lean and Six Sigma processes.</li></ul><br><strong>Quality and Standards Management:</strong><br><ul><li>Participate in annual audits and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.</li><li>Support the implementation of systems and standards to meet quality targets.</li></ul><br><strong>Performance Monitoring:</strong><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking systems.</li><li>Manage the Priority One system, ensuring all users are trained and projects are up-to-date.</li></ul><br><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong><br><ul><li>Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement team, including performance management and employee development.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>3-5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>2+ years of experience <strong>leading Continuous Improvement projects.</strong></li><li>Green Belt Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of problem-solving and innovation in driving productivity.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.</li><li>Working knowledge of enterprise business principles and practices.</li></ul><br><strong>What We Offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Competitive salary with a generous performance bonus.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li></ul>
