Agate Software is on the lookout for a proactive and versatile Configuration Specialist who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As a vital part of our Operations team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients, ensuring our software solutions are not only functional but also transformative. What You'll Do

• System Configuration and Optimization: You will configure and optimize software applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Act as a first responder to system issues, adeptly identifying problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously test and validate configurations, guaranteeing that every solution adheres to high standards and client specifications before going live.

What You'll Bring

• Educational Background & Work Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of professional work experience; further education or certifications in technology or STEM-related fields is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a solid understanding of networking principles are essential. Experience with software development is highly desirable.
