Responsibilities
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. The focus is on patient care, not volume. You will provide primary care to high acuity patients in their homes, Monday - Friday.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
Pay Range
USD $118,094.90 - $144,279.00 per year
