Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective front-end marketing outreach activity, qualify eligible customers, and improve revenue growth
- Enhance our client's brand in the community by maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
- Act as the main representative and presenter to our local community
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to implement the local strategy for growing brand awareness
- Participate in mandatory training and staff development sessions
Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements:
- Love for people and making an impact in our local community
- Possess the right balance of people, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly, lower trust barriers, and build confidence with consumers
- Ambitious and self-sufficient individual who approaches every situation with integrity and passion
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience as a Community Outreach Coordinator, Customer Service Associate, Client Relations, or Marketing
