Title: QA Location: Cleveland Ohio onsite 3 days a week Direct Hire Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a QA position. The QA Engineer will support the enterpise with a new project. Formal Education & Certification -Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience. Must Haves -5+ years IT experience.-4+ years work experience in the area of software testing/quality assurance.-3+ years experience in manual test execution-3+ years experience in automated test creation and execution.-3+ years experience working with test management tools.-Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experience-based, context, exploratory, and scenario testing.-Experience applying testing skills: Test plan and test case formulation, report creation, defect tracking, and creation of acceptance criteria.-Demonstrated knowledge and experience using various testing methodologies.-Exposure to Agile software delivery; acceptance test driven development and/or test driven development preferred.-Experience testing web applications in desktop and mobile browsers/devices preferred.-Experience with Agile development and release practices preferred.-Exposure to version control preferred.-Exposure to SQL preferred
