Key Responsibilities:
- Manage wound care case load and staff
- Coordinate client care services for wound care and medical/surgical needs
- Communicate with physicians/wound clinics regarding changes in patient needs
- Determine staffing needs and coordinate patient scheduling
- Participate in professional development and staff training for wound program
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Wound/Ostomy certification within 6 months of hire
- Minimum of two years nursing experience in clinical specialty area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
