Responsibilities: As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with building owners, property managers, real estate agents, brokers, and government procurement officials. Identifying sales opportunities and managing projects from start to finish, including government contracts. Collaborating with our administrative staff and superintendents to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Utilizing industry-specific software, including takeoff software and Xactimate. Efficiently using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Presenting our roofing solutions to potential clients and providing accurate quotes.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in commercial roofing sales is required. Proficiency in using takeoff software and Xactimate is a definite plus. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience in insurance restoration is a strong plus, as one of our owners has a robust background in insurance restoration work, enhancing our capabilities in this area.
