Clinical Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $37.31-$51.30+ Hourly

Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing services to residents on assigned program
• Train newly hired team members and provide retraining as necessary
• Oversee physician orders, administer medications, and provide treatments according to orders
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical team members
• Participate in interdisciplinary team to review and evaluate resident's care
• Document resident's condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Plan resident admission as ordered by physician and perform assessments
• Provide thorough reports to ensure continuity of resident care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations
• One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility preferred
