Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Neurosciences team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing Care Plans : Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients with neurological conditions.
- Medication Management : Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Diagnostic Testing : Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Patient Assessment : Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Collaboration and Leadership : Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients and direct and guide ancillary personnel.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience : 1+ year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Neurosciences.
- Certifications : Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Competitive Compensation : Hourly rate of $34.65 - $35.69.
