Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Albany Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on our Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout their episode of care, with a focus on progress toward discharge.
- Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring that competent and compassionate care is uniformly provided to customers.
- Participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) and progress from novice to competent within a specialty.
- Apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.
- Hourly Min: $34.65
- Hourly Max: $35.69
