Job Title:
IT Automation and Reporting Summer Internship 2025
Summary:
In this role, you will report to Momentive's Information Technology function and be aligned with our dynamic and global IT Digital Strategy and Automation and Reporting team. You will be responsible for supporting the Automation and Reporting team on active projects and engagements. You will act as a member of the project team, helping to complete documentation following the IT PMO procedures and developing solutions in Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
You will work directly with the Lead Analyst, Automation, and Reporting and have regular opportunities to interact with the Director, IT Business Systems, and our CIO. In addition, based on specific tasks/projects, you will have the opportunity to interact with our business counterparts and leaders throughout the global organization.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Support the Automation and Reporting team on active projects and engagements:
  • Participate in project meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Complete documentation following the IT PMO policies and procedures on the various stage gate requirements.
2. Develop project solutions within our Automation and Reporting tools, Tableau, Alteryx and Snowflake
  • Analyze, mockup and develop solutions to the active projects and ad hoc requests that meet the defined requirements
  • Document technical documentation and procedures for completed developments
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
  • Interest in data analytics, including Enterprise Data Warehousing, database design, data automation, data reporting, data visualization, predictive analytics and data engineering
  • Interest in working in data tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake
  • Has completed or is in the process of completing courses related to data analytics. For example, Enterprise Data Warehousing, database design, data automation, data reporting, data visualization, predictive analytics and data engineering
  • Majoring in some type of Information Technology / Information Systems Bachelors and/or Masters Degree (e.g. Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Systems, etc.)
Program Requirements
  • The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
  • The candidate is expected to be available to work in person 40 hours a week for 10-12 weeks between May and August.

Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, use hands to type, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and do extensive reading. May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move a light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information. Students enrolled in a Graduate degree level program are eligible to receive a higher rate than the range listed below. Master's rate: $32/hr; PhD rate: $37/hr

Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
