Position Type: Project Support Specialist
Job Location: Schenectady, NY

Compensation: $100/hour
**4 hours, 5 days a week in office or an option to work 2 days a week from home and 3 days a week in office
Overview/Summary:
Create Request For Quote and send to potential contract manufacturers to bid on
Analyze bids
Send follow-ups on outstanding RFQ
Send NDA to potential new contract manufacturers
Assist in setting up new contract manufacturers in the system
Proofread and assist in follow-ups on Contracts and Agreements
Assist onboarding and offboarding contract manufacturers
Provide updates to internal stakeholders on status of projects
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or Contract manufacturing
- Has basic knowledge of Contracts/Agreements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, Powerpoint, Teams and SAP
- Project Management experience is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
