We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Fort Lauderdale location (PHP/IOP).
*Position Overview:* The Clinical Manager will oversee all aspects of client care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment are met. This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a crucial part in maintaining a supportive and effective clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee all client care services and ensure compliance with DCF and Joint Commission standards.
* Monitor the continuum of care from admission through discharge placement, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated services.
* Conduct client interviews, review records, and collaborate with other professionals to assess client conditions.
* Ensure clinical records are complete and contain the necessary information for treatment authorization.
* Regularly review caseloads to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
* Conduct daily meetings with clinical staff to discuss cases, provide support, and foster teamwork.
* Provide clinical services to clients as needed, maintaining appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times.

*Skills/Abilities:*
* Strong management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under stress and adapt to changing departmental needs.
* Proficient in verbal and written communication.
* Knowledge of patient confidentiality laws and ethical standards in clinical practice.
* Familiarity with the disease model of addiction and workplace policies regarding violence and compliance.
