Recovery Unplugged owns and operates multiple substance abuse treatment centers across the United States. We are head-quartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Fort Lauderdale location(PHP/IOP). The Clinical Manager will oversee all client care and report to the Clinical Director in Florida.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS*
*EDUCATION:*
Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral health or equivalent field of study required.
*EXPERIENCE:*
Clinical supervision/management is a plus
*LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:*
*LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.* *REQUIRED*

Ability to work as a team member and have management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program.
Basic knowledge of the disease model of addiction
* Determines staff qualifications and competency; recruits, selects, hires, trains, orients, mentors and rewards.
* Interviews/recommends departmental staff for hire, evaluates, disciplines and recommends for termination, monitors work performance and completes evaluations.
* Responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the continuum of care from admission through discharge placement
* Interviews clients, reviews records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate condition of clients.
* Ensures clinical records contain comprehensive information needed for authorization of treatment.
* Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services
* Ensures compliance with all DCF and Joint Commission standards
* Holds daily meetings with clinical staff
* Provides clinical services to clients as needed
* Maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times with clients, families, coworkers and other professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
