Job Summary:Manage all aspects of the contractual operational activities including Technical Exhibit performance, productivity, data reporting requirements, trends analysis, and compliance activities. Position requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, ethical leadership and management skills, and advanced analytical excel spreadsheet skills. Position also requires clear compassion and respect for all employees and for persons with disabilities.Essential Functions: Establish daily operational performance activity plans to establish and maintain compliance with the USG contract Terms and Conditions, Performance Work Statement Requirements, Frequency of Services, Inventory Building and Services required or requested (Periodic Services, Special Projects, Emergency Work Orders, etc.) in coordination with the APM and PM execution and staffing plan.Review and analyze Monthly Workload Schedule (MWS) provided by the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers for accuracy, coordination, and synchronization of requirements by the USG's Technical Exhibit (TE).Review and maintain accurate Daily Workload Schedules of contractual services completed and not completed report. Maintain daily electronic records of the Non-Completed Services and the reason for non-contractual compliance by TE in coordination with the APMs and PM.Develop and maintain contractual operational plans to meet all contractual requirements with internal capabilities and support the Custodial Project Managers within Chimes Contracts with short range, near term, and long range calendars of all the daily custodial activities, periodic custodial activities, and special projects.Develop, maintain, and publish those internal calendars for operational synchronization, time management analysis, and statistical studies to continue operational productivity and performance improvements on a monthly basis.Develop, maintain, and report Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Performance and Productivity reports on advanced Excel spreadsheets of the SQFT completed and not completed by workday.Review for accuracy and validation the daily operational reports required by Fort Bragg Department of Public Works (DPW) in coordination with the PM and APMs.Assist the Assistant Project Managers and Project Manager with any staffing coordination, synchronization, or challenges that can affect the operational performance in case of APM or PM absenteeism.Assist the Assistant Project Managers and Project Manager to monitor team's performance levels and capabilities to adequately conduct the contractual operational requirements by day per team established in the MWS.Coordinate with Logistics Manager and APMs/PM to ensure operational and logistics supply capabilities are appropriate to meet USG Contract projects, requirements, and readiness.Assist by coordinating with the Quality Control and Training Manager to synchronize effort that improves operational quality and training requirements.Develop mechanisms and tools to maintain critical data tracking for Contract Administration and Corporate Records.Maintain effective, efficient, and positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and government facility staff.Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.Attend meetings with government, facility, and customer representatives as necessary.Present ideas and recommendations to APMs, PM and CA based on contract needs.Assess, analyze. and solve or suggest solutions to contractual / operational challenges.Ensure timely, accurate completion of all communications.Pass and comply with CPR/first Aid and OSHA training.Comply with and ensure staff compliance with all building and security requirements.Maintain proper security chemicals and their applicationsDemonstrated advance skills, knowledge and abilities with analytical spreadsheets to include formulas, percentages, workbooks and statistics for corporate / executive
