Great opportunity for a full-time PCT/CNA/MA to join our Urology Clinic Team! Provides assistance to clinic physicians and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, outpatient exams and treatment, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.

Opportunity for Career Growth-on the job training to obtain your Medical Assistant Certification, receive 2% pay increase when classwork is completed and an additional 2% increase when testing completed, and certification obtained!

Full-time position Working 4-10's no weekends. Plenty of time to go adventure the Colorado Mountains!

Requirements:

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or
  • Current Colorado CNA License (DORA) or Patient Care Tech experience working in a similar role in a clinic or ambulatory care setting will be considered for this position.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

  • Health care setting experience preferred.
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE

  • $20.41-30.02/hour (Clinic MA)
  • $20.00 - $28.87/hour (Clinic CNA)
  • $19.00-$27.75/hour (Clinic PCT)
  • Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, certification (PCT, CNA, MA) and skill set
  • $1000 sign-on bonus for a six-month, full-time commitment to Valley View. (Internal candidates are not eligible for sign-on).
  • Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
