Only Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, or BCBAs will be considered for this role.

In this role, you will play an important part in helping children and their families receive the therapy services that they need. Associates in Pediatric Therapy will provide leadership training as needed and will work with the Therapy Clinic Manager individually to ensure success.

The Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for primary oversite of their Associates in Pediatric Therapy location.

Position Responsibilities:

Day to day support and supervision of therapists; including performance management
Assists therapists in building caseloads and meeting the needs of the community
Interviewing and onboarding new therapists for designed APT site
Is a liaison between the therapists and family / guardians as necessary
Interdepartmental collaboration with Marketing, HR, Recruiting and Facilities Operations

Requirements:

Qualifications & Education: (include, but are not limited to):

Must be a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Passed national boards
1+ years of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics
1+ years of leadership experience
Ability to motivate and engage staff
