Job Description
Member of the hardware design team supporting new product development.
Responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable of
    Theoretical basis, equations and mechanisms of pc board trace loss
    PC board materials
  • PAM4 signaling
    signal characteristics.
    receiver Front End Conditioning
    Analog
    DSP
  • Forward Error Correction Codes and their uses and reporting
    Causes of High-Speed Signal Degradation
  • Types of analog filters (aka CTLE responses)
  • Proficient with analysis and simulation tools, such as HSpice, HFSS, Matlab, Scripting
  • Hands on experience with lab equipment and measurements using high speed real-time oscilloscopes
    and vector network analyzers.
  • Will be responsible for
    pre-layout simulations and recommendations
    test board and test structure measurement and analysis
  • Interpretation of IEEE documents
  • Educational level
    BSEE / MSEE
  • Experience 5 yrs +
