KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain chemical inventory for Compounding department
  • Pick and stage materials for scheduled production runs using ERP system and digital inventory controls
  • Return unused chemicals from completed cycle runs to inventory and perform cycle counts
  • Routine non production related cycle counts
  • Organize and maintain chemical storage warehouses
  • Move materials from receiving warehouse production warehouse
  • Utilize Bin Location system inventory control systems
  • Maintain proper liaison with all departments to contribute team philosophy, including coordinating chemical quality testing and approval before they are needed for production
  • Perform monthly walkthroughs per procedures to identify and quarantine expiring chemicals and coordinate quality retesting
  • Perform monthly and annual calibration checks, and safety inspections on production equipment
  • Various other inventory related tasks and programs as directed by management.
  • Responsible for adhering to all procedures and practices that maintain safety regulations and comply with SOPs, CT-DEEP, EPA, OSHA, FDA, and cGMP requirements, including attending applicable in house training sessions
  • Other related tasks as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass company-required onboarding tests.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for use of electric pallet jacks, lifts, and forklifts.
  • Must have basic understanding of computers and programs, excel spreadsheets, ability to clearly and professionally send emails internally, and high school level math skills.
