SALES COORDINATOR Hybrid Position 3 days in, 2 days remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the sales team focusing on pre-sales projects, new business development, ensuring seamless execution of customer-related activities. This role is crucial in delivering daily administrative support and proactive assistance for business development initiatives, enabling Account Mangers to focus on strategic growth opportunities. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all customer activist and documentation are completed accurately, on time and with a high attention to detail. The qualified candidate will work cohesively within the sales organization, by creating and maintaining customer records, regulatory & sample requests and CRM project.
  • Offer full sales support to Account Managers, including daily administrative support of tasks related to pre-sales projects, customer inquiries, and new business development.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring that all materials are organized and ready for customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
  • Handle sample projects and regulatory documentation requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance to customer requirements.
  • Act as a reliable backup for Account Managers during their travel or vacations, managing routine tasks such as sample and regulatory project entry, quote generation, and order follow-up ensuring seamless continuity of service.
  • Respond promptly to sales team inquiries regarding customer projects tracking progress and maintain accurate records of all interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Address customer inquiries by providing necessary information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring clear and consistent communication in partnership with the Account Manager.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, Production and Planning teams to deliver based on customer needs and expectations.
  • Partner with outside sales team to support internal activities while being an advocate for our customers within the organization
  • Ensure customer feedback and concerns are effectively communicated to relevant departments and promptly addressed.
  • Assist in the entry of Supply Chain Notifications in collaboration with the outside sales team.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or and/or equivalent work experience, with preferably a minimum of 5 years’ sales or business development experience
  • An excellent listener and can also be assertive, persistent, and persuasive
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint skills are a must
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment
