- Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes of care
- Enhances professional growth through educational programs and participation in workshops
- Collaborates with support personnel and documents evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Completes objective testing, therapeutic modalities, and manual techniques
- Communicates with referring provider on patient progress and treatment recommendations
- Provides supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and utilizes standardized outcome measures
