SVP, ICRM Business Execution Third Party Management and Location Strategy Manager

The Business Execution Third Party Management and Location Strategy Manager is a senior-level position responsible for ICRM's TPM strategy, execution, location strategy, site management, continuity of business program, ICRM ISCA governance and ICRM's Resolution plan. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The role may coordinate and manage workforce management activities such as the tracking of Non-Employees, resource headcount and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Manager of this program will oversee the following:

Third Party Management (TPM)

+ ICRM lead contact for all requests from Citi Global Function (GF) TPM team

+ Attend monthly meetings held by GFTPM

+ Review and update as needed UKIs and KIs in GFTPM reports & BAO dashboards and assist BAOs to clear outstanding items

+ Perform annual Concentration Risk review of ICRM suppliers

Co-Source / Non-Employee Resources

+ Oversee / facilitate Non-Employee (Temps / Consulting) resource request process

+ Lead ICRM input for all requests related to Non-Employee resources

Annual Citi Resolution Plan

+ Prepare ICRM chapter for Citi Annual Resolution Plan

+ Lead annual Staff Substitutability review and updated for ICRM

+ Rosetta Reports annual review for ICRM

? ICSAs (Inter-Company Service Agreements)

+ Lead and Complete ISCA database clean-up to ensure each billing is justified

+ Create new L3 Service IDs and re-map all active ICSA/NCIA to new org structure;

+ Service Provider Quarterly Attestation from ICSA perspective

Location Strategy / Site Management / Continuity of Business

+ Location Strategy

+ Identify opportunities to move to lower cost / de fragment team / creating a hub for fragmented low cost places

+ Oversight of the Continuity of Business program

+ Oversight of the Resource Mgmt MCA Monitoring

+ Develop Location Strategy / Resource Location Planning (RLP)

+ Oversee Tactical Seating and Space Planning

+ Technology Contact for Impacting Initiatives (e.g. laptop migrations)

Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders

+ Management experience, preferably in a financial services role

+ Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology

+ Demonstrated ability to manage a team

+ Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments

+ Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

+ Bachelors (4 Year University) Degree or equivalent experience required

+ Masters (MS, MBA, etc) Degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$145,840.00 - $218,760.00
