IT Project Manager - B2B

The Project Manager – B2B will have responsibilities for scoping, documenting, testing and deploying critical projects for Current Lighting. The main focus of this role is project management in the areas of our eCommerce and B2B platforms, but assigned projects could cover multiple areas of IT.
Projects could cover a wide range of functional areas including but not limited to

  • eCommerce platform improvements and customer roll outs
  • Infrastructure hardware installation, property migration, and networking roll outs
  • Changes to manufacturing or supply chain processes
  • Integrations with 3rd party logistics companies
  • Data and analytics projects
  • Finance enhancements
  • Intercompany and international process improvements
Applications used by the company, which may be relevant to assigned projects are Oasis, Connect, EDI, SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Vertex, Precisely/Winshuttle, OpenText, and more
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience and education
  • Minimum of 5 years IT project management with projects increasing in size and complexity
  • Highly collaborative and able to work with and guide varying business stakeholders
  • Ability to dig into the details of current state processes and create documentation
  • Facilitation of decision making among large groups and strong personalities
  • Prior success with implementing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Familiarity with IT projects including ERP, eCommerce, Cloud networking, and infrastructure/hardware install projects
  • Curiosity and tenacity - questioning everything to understand the reasons why
  • Ability to translate between business and technical terminology
  • High degree of empathy and a servant leadership style
  • Ability to work with offshore technical resources in multiple time zones
  • Strong QA skills to lead strategy and execution of IT testing and UAT
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Sharepoint is a bonus
Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $85,000-$105,000.
