You would work part-time, 2-4 days per week, visiting our clients in the Beverly / Salem North Shore communities . This unique role allows you to step away from the bustling hospital scene and into a calmer, personalized setting where you'll form genuine connections with your clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee patient care services
  • Visit clients in their home to assess for services
  • Develop and implement a Plan of Care related to medication
  • Provide medication management for clients

Work Schedule:

  • 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM 4:30PM
  • 2 - 4 days Monday - Friday
  • Work based on your availability with a permanent client caseload
  • Work in Beverly, Salem and North Shore communities.

Requirements:
  • Requires a Massachusetts licensed nurse (RN/LPN) with 2+ years experience.
  • Strong clinical and computer competence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
  • Home care experience a plus.
  • Medicare/Certified service experience is not required.
