Daycare Worker

Elim Children's Center is seeking full time and part time, friendly and compassionate Daycare Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our daycare facility. You will play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities, supervising playtime, and implementing educational learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities: -Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times -Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and games for children -Assist with the development and implementation of daily routines and schedules -Serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages to children -Create and maintain a clean and organized environment -Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed on their child's progress -Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facility Requirements: -Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills -Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities at once -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
