Central is an active part of the <a href="https://www.dsmpartnership.com/" target="_blank" >Greater Des Moines</a> region and just minutes from Lake Red Rock, Iowa&#39;s largest lake.</p> <br /> <p> <br />Job Description:</b> <br /></p> <br /> <p>Responsible to the Director of Event Services and Catering Managers for cold food preparations and catering event coordination.</p> <br /> <ul> <li>Prepare salads and cold appetizers for all catering events.</li> <li>Manage the inventory of all salad items.</li> <li>Clean and sanitize service areas.</li> <li>Be able to follow and break down recipes.</li> <li>Assist with any other production duties as assigned.</li> <li>Catering Event Coordinating as needed.
