CareLinx by Sharecare is the leader in bringing high-quality care with tech-enabled solutions to home. We are looking for a caregiver to assist one of our VIP Health Partner referral clients in the following areas within Michigan state; Chelsea, Dexter, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Livonia. CareLinx caregivers will work with a team of care advisors who are dedicated to finding a match between caregivers and members to meet your goals (schedule, duration, etc.) and the member’s unique needs. Specific Skills/ Attributes: Care and compassion for others Reliable and professional Good communicator Ability to work independently Ability to manage variable client schedules Tech-savvy Special Needs: Care Schedule: Covid-19 vaccinated Qualifications: Atleast 6 months to a year of previous companionship/personal care experience CNA or other caregiver license a plus but not required Ability to communicate in English (Bilingual requirements) Disclosure of COVID vaccination status Completion of program-specific vetting and training required Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be required Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations may be needed Essential Job Functions: Friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living including, but not limited to: cooking and meal preparation errands and transportation walking and exercise medication reminders bathing and grooming light housekeeping tasks Thorough documentation of care plan tasks and activities completed in the home Timely submission of timesheets via the CareLinx app Communication with care advisors as needed Ensures that all information about members is maintained as confidential CareLinx by Sharecare is a leading nationwide network of tech-enabled caregivers and licensed nurses dispatched on-demand to serve patients in need.
