Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
• Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies
• Performing Market Research
• Track sales as a result of launched promotions
• Fast paced Face to Face environment at promotional events
• Daily interaction with Customers
• Provide information in response to Customers' inquiries, concerns, and questions.
• Assisting members in enrollment and provider services.
• Communicating effectively with members
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist:
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Strong negotiation skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred.
