Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Campus</strong> Recruiter </strong>for a client located in the St. Louis area. The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of recruitment experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.<br> <br>Job Title:</strong> Campus Recruiter<br> <br>Location:</strong> St. Louis, MO- some remote flexibility<br> <br>Status:</strong> Contract to Hire<br> <br>Hours:</strong> Mon - Fri, Days<br> <br>Compensation:</strong> $20-25/hr based on experience<br> <br>Position Overview:</strong> <br> <br>The Campus Recruiter is responsible for auditing candidate files, receiving and evaluating official documents, and recruiting potential and new students. This entry-level role requires some experience and supports the Admissions and Marketing department by scheduling tours, interviews, and student services, and participating in events. The Campus Recruiter will work closely with the VP of Strategic Marketing and Communications and the Director of Enrollment Management, analyzing and preparing applicant files, conducting conferences, and informing the public about academic offerings.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <br> <br>&bull; Contact potential admissions candidates promptly for graduate programs.<br> <br>&bull; Verify and review applications, pre-qualifying candidates for interviews and evaluation.<br> <br>&bull; Enter candidate information into the Student Information System (SIS) for reporting.<br> <br>&bull; Audit prerequisites and documentation using multiple software systems.<br> <br>&bull; Communicate strategically with candidates regarding admissions processes and policies.<br> <br>&bull; Make up to 100 outbound calls per day.<br> <br>&bull; Participate in recruitment fairs, campus tours, open houses, webinars, and conventions.<br> <br>&bull; Prepare monthly and quarterly enrollment and matriculation reports.<br> <br>&bull; Attend virtual and in-person campus events as needed.<br> <br>&bull; Work evenings and weekends as necessary.<br> <br>&bull; Perform other duties as assigned.<br> <br>Competencies:</strong> <br> <br>&bull; Dependable with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.<br> <br>&bull; Ability to interact effectively with prospective students, faculty, and staff.<br> <br>&bull; Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals and objectives.<br> <br>&bull; Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills.<br> <br>&bull; Strong time management and multitasking abilities.<br> <br>&bull; A willingness to work after hours and weekends when necessary.<br> <br>Requirements: </strong> <br> <br>&bull; 2-4 years of Recruiting Experience<br> <br>&bull; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Open to candidates currently pursuing their degree. <br> <br>&bull; Must be willing to travel out of state occasionally and must be willing to work in-office based on business needs. <br> <br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
