Join us and be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain for success.<br><br>Primary Areas of Focus:<br><br>Proposal Planning and Evaluation:<br><br>Supplier and Subcontractor Sourcing<br><br>Commercial Specification Review and Understanding<br><br>Interaction with Estimating, Legal, Operations Teams to ensure Proposal Compliance<br><br>Project Execution:<br><br>Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, supplier selection, Contract Execution<br><br>Change Management<br><br>Scheduling and Expediting of Deliverables, Services, Materials<br><br>Project Close Out and Evaluation:<br><br>Warranty efforts as needed<br><br>Contract Close Outs<br><br>Continuous Improvement efforts.<br><br>Sourcing and Supplier/Subcontractor Development:<br><br>Find and qualify potential Suppliers and Subcontractors<br><br>Work with the Quality Team to audit Suppliers for capabilities.<br><br>Supplier Evaluations - Post Project and Yearly<br><br>Essential Functions:<br><br>Complete Purchase Order Contracts on a clear and concise basis as required by the Project needs.<br><br>Understand and negotiate Commercial Terms and Conditions with Suppliers and Subcontractors.<br><br>Secure and analyze quotations; negotiate prices and terms with suppliers; and recommend suppliers with respect to cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness.<br><br>Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, including managing scheduling changes and cancellations.<br><br>Manage and negotiate resolutions for Supplier or Subcontractor Issues.<br><br>Interface with the Operations Team, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, Finance organizations, and Legal Department as required.<br><br>Participate in Supplier Evaluations and annual performance reviews, as required.<br><br>Ability to understand Project Specifications and requirements to identify key requirements for compliance of Subcontractor bidding and execution.<br><br>Perform other related duties as required.<br><br>Position Qualifications:<br><br>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.<br><br>2+ years of related work experience.<br><br>Construction Experience Preferred.<br><br>Strong negotiating skills and analytical skills.<br><br>Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<br><br>Ability to manage changing/conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.<br><br>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.<br><br>Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
