Business Process Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary:

As a Business Process Analyst at SVS Vision Optical Centers, you will be a critical part of our Business Process Engineering team. You will focus on optimizing our business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various operational areas. Your primary role will involve analyzing and reengineering processes related to our key business functions, including; Acuity Logic, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analyst & Reengineering:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Lead process redesign initiatives to make business operations more effective and streamlined.
  • Implement solutions for Acuity function programming and mapping, insurance plans and benefits, contact lenses, eyeglass lenses, exam types, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance data systems that support business processes.
• Project Management:
  • Manage projects related to the improvement of business processes from conception through implementation.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems configurations, and user manuals.
  • Prepare reports summarizing the outcomes and benefits derived from process improvements.
• Training & Support:
  • Train staff on new processes and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and reengineering is preferred, but not required.
• Previous knowledge of Acuity Logic or Eyefinity systems is desirable.
