What We Offer
  • Pay: Base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 per year + 2% commission paid on the initial quoted opportunity value once the deal is sold on any account we have not done business with in the past

Business Development Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote Fluid-Aire Dynamics and its products including capital equipment, maintenance, service subscriptions, and energy incentives through targeted cold calling
  • Arrange face to face meetings for the salesman you're representing when new business opportunities arise
  • Convert Leads to a Prospect and create an Opportunity record when a quoting opportunity arises
  • Gather and record any pertinent information about a lead including: their direct contact info, information on their system, including model and serial number of each piece of equipment and photos, if possible.
  • Attend networking or other events as directed by the Business Development Director
  • Always be looking for new revenue opportunities to further the growth of the company
  • Identify new sales prospects - build a quote pipeline
  • Utilize email and all prospecting campaigns to generate new sales leads
  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to platform inquiries
  • Track communication with potential customers
  • Work with Sales Engineer to develop pipeline and achieve revenue target expectations
  • Uphold positive collaboration with all staff
  • Minimum of 30 cold calls conversations per day - either by phone or face to face
  • Develop a minimum of 3 opportunities per day of any type. Capital equipment, maintenance, service subscriptions, piping, leak repair.
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • No weekends
