What You’ll Do

Office Management:

Ensure efficient office operations, including space planning, office supplies, and facilities support. Workplace Experience:

Develop and implement a strategy to create a vibrant and engaging workplace that supports productivity and satisfaction. People Team Collaboration:

Work with the People Team on culture, engagement initiatives, and event planning, including all-hands calls and team-building activities. Real Estate Oversight:

Oversee all operational and experience aspects of company properties, including offices and the manufacturing facility. Building Maintenance and Security:

Manage building maintenance, security, and vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact for responses. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all properties meet city, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards. Maintenance Supervision:

Oversee regular maintenance and repairs, and supervise maintenance staff. Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility and office operations. Team Management:

Lead and support a team of office coordinators, negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for all office locations. You

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5-10+ years of operations or comparable experience working in corporate facilities along with third party vendor management 3-5+ years of experience managing a scaling team Proven negotiation and contract management skills Proven success in a high-growth, startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to evolving business needs. Knowledge of workplace experience programs and employee engagement initiatives Highly efficient, strong attention to detail, skilled at juggling multiple tasks and managing their time, and takes ownership of their mistakes Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description. About Lambda
