Responsibilities:

• Answer phone in a respective manner and direct call appropriately.
• Greet customers in a professional manner, directing the customer through the
insurance process and assist with rental car setup and turn-ins.
• Work cooperatively with the appraisers, technicians and work assist personnel
• Act as support staff in the office setting up repair orders, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Maintain daily duties updating logs and production schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
