Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

PrideStaff is in search of a qualified BCBA for our client in Morris County. The BCBA will provide a broad spectrum of clinical services including but not limited to intake and eligibility, coordination of mental health services for consumers, consultation to case management, clinical and day habilitation services departments, diagnostic assessments, psychological interventions, and behavioral support staff, consumer and DSP training if needed. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. You will work closely with clients, families, and a team of professionals to provide high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

BCBA Responsibilities May Include:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavior needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and best practices in ABA.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and continuity of services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and make ongoing modifications to treatment plans as needed.
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies and teach replacement behaviors.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or home-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and graphing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing


Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
