Bilingual Family Services Coach - $**/hr to $**/hr

This position provides on-site coaching, formal observations and mentoring of Family Advocates, Family Services Manager and Parent Educators and ensures curriculum fidelity. The Family Services Coach creates and implements training in the curriculums, child development and observational tools.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services or related degree. Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education. Fluent in English and Spanish.

EXPERIENCE:
Three - five years of experience in working with young children in group settings, home visiting programs or one on one therapy. Early Head Start/Head Start experience preferred. Experience and/or knowledge of Practice Based Coaching preferred. Knowledge in Parents as Teachers and Home Visit Rating Scales-Adapted & Extended (HOVRS-A+) preferred. Experience and or knowledge of Professional Development Assessment for Family Services Professionals and Supervisors preferred.
