PRO ABA Services, is seeking exceptional Bilingual Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings.
Job Details:
- Location: Kennett Square, PA
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
- Caseload: Ages 3-21
- Additional details: Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. We are looking for a bilingual BHT to provide services near Chester County, PA.
***We offer a program to help BTs obtain their RBT certification if desired in addition to FREE BCBA student supervision***

Compensation and Benefits:
- W2 position
- Competitive compensation based on education and experience

Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred.
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
- 40 Hour RBT Training certificate is required but will consider candidates without the training if willing to complete prior to hire.
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
