WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your full-time schedule is Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required and occasional on-call responsibility.
As a Behavioral Specialist, you provide high-level direct behavior support for students and individuals, using a variety of techniques such as observations, modeling, teaching, role-playing, and coaching. You collaborate closely with our clinical team to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring a conducive environment for effective behavior treatment. Your responsibilities extend to providing staff training, collecting data for functional behavior assessments, and conducting treatment integrity checks. With your keen attention to detail, you ensure the seamless implementation of behavior support plans and teaching strategies, fostering positive growth and development for all. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Having your BCaBA, BCBA, or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred. The ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish is a plus!
