Job Description:
  • Worked in Pharma / Lab applications
  • S hould have GMP, GDP, Data integrity knowledge
  • Perfer working or interacted with Mettler instruments
  • Experience in SNOW : Request Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Disaster Recovery, System Monitoring, System Maintenance
  • Manage tickets requiring interaction with vendor, Tier 3 (Mettler Toledo)
  • Mettler to perform upgrades and patches (e.g. MR and PR releases) coordinating activities through AMS per
  • AMS to understand and coordinate with infrastructure teams for unplanned infrastructure outages
  • Work on integration with LIMS systems.
  • Project Team and PT-HCL will provide KT as defined by RMO process
  • Disaster Recovery (e.g. Testing) and backup activities
  • Support to field How-To questions based on Lab X work instructions and job aids
  • Must have working knowledge of the process to effectively troubleshoot incidents
