Auto Dealership Office Manager
  • Assists the Controller in managing the financial accounting system and personnel at each dealership
  • Providing support or guidance whenever needed.
  • Manages daily operations of all Controllers and accounting departments.
  • Reconcile the bank accounts for the company on a daily basis.
  • Complete all required reports for the corporate office on a regular basis.
  • Reviewing all financial statements and ledgers, and work with the Controllers accounting staff at each location to clear up any discrepancies.
  • Ensures all payroll functions are operational and works cooperatively with the corporate office to handle employee issues as needed.
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Deal Costing with Manufacturers Statements (billing out car deals and title work experience is a plus)
  • Cross trained in all accounting positions.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of previous automotive finance, accounting, and/or controller experience
  • Previous automotive dealership experience
  • Assistant Controller should have strong communications, customer service, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • A friendly coach and leader to our team
  • Valid driver's license
