<strong>Associate Inventory Manager</strong> <br> <br> <strong>Store Support Center</strong> <br> <br>Smart & Final is searching for an experienced <strong>Associate Inventory Manager </strong>for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA <br> <strong>SUMMARY</strong> <br>Provides support to all Chedraui USA store banners (Replenishment Buyers, Category Managers & Director of Inventory Management) through analysis and inventory management responsibilities. Individual will work with cross functional departments to help identify and correct warehouse and global stock issues. <br> <strong> <br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> <ul> <li>Assist Director of Inventory Management on departmental initiatives and projects.</li> <li>Work with the category management team and replenishment buyers for all Chedraui USA store banners to review ad forecasting, distributions, and holiday needs for warehouse products</li> <li>Mentor Replenishment Buyers in managing inventory turns, service level, order cycles, deal implementation and general supply chain practices.</li> <li>Work with Data Management, Category Managers, Replenishment Buyers, Space Planning, and Store Operations to update and correct open issues.</li> <li>Retain minimum Replenishment Buying duties such as managing inventory turns, service level, order cycles, deal implementation and general supply chain practices and help with sick leave or vacation coverage.</li> <li>Create, develop, extract and analyze internal and external data, interpret results and make recommendations/decisions to management based on this analysis.</li> <li>Run reports and analyze warehouse purchase orders, inventory forecasting and item productivity. Provide recommendations for action on store specific and companywide issues.</li> <li>Work with the CAO team to ensure Replenishment Buyers review and adjust the top-level forecasts and provide support when needed.</li></ul> <strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong> <br>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typically, 4 or more years prior related buying/sales/market/financial experience is required. A working knowledge of the supply chain tools/systems is preferred. <br> <br> <strong>COMPENSATION: </strong>The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00.
