Position Overview:

As the data access provisioning Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our data assets by overseeing data access provisioning and auditing. Your focus will be on enhancing and managing Bifrost, our primary tool for access provisioning and audits, which facilitates both human and non-human access to several critical platforms. You will drive enhancement and integration of the access provisioning product to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This role requires continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Strategy:

Lead the development of project backlogs and plans, including milestones and dates. Identify parties and processes impacted by data solutions and recommend and implement new or enhanced data products. Innovate and create new product ideas, create roadmaps for product delivery, and prioritize efforts based on customer value. Articulate and translate the strategic vision into the development of data products and solutions.

Technical Expertise & Problem Solving:

Grasp new technologies and understand the use of data in solving business use cases. Break down data issues and prototype data solutions to meet organizational needs. Think through proof-of-concept solutions and assess their viability and scalability.

Data Access & Security:

Manage access for human users and non-human ID permissions. Perform quarterly access audits and maintain elevated access records.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

Communicate to a senior audience how technical designs meet business needs and demonstrate a command of industry trends and business processes. Provide technical advice to lower-level associates and other functional areas. Collaborate with consumers and producers of USRM data.

Innovative: Driven to improve existing systems and processes, with experience in UI redesign and transitioning to new architectures. Collaborative: Works well with cross-functional teams to align processes and access protocols, contributing to a unified approach. Communicative: Able to effectively articulate technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-Oriented: Diligent in conducting quarterly audits and maintaining accurate access records. Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing long-term vision and strategy for enhancing access management systems and integrating unified experience.

QualificationsStrong written and oral communication skills required Experience in communicating recommendations to senior business leaders preferred BA/BS, or relevant work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred MBA or advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative discipline strongly preferred 5-7+ years of experience working in coding and data solutions design principles, particularly in open source tools and technology
