We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician at our South Chesterfield, VA location.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assemble mechanical assemblies as instructed.

  • Assemble various conveyor assemblies as instructed.

  • Maintain all 5S standards.

  • Periodic travel may be required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of experience in a mechanical environment required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Basic ability to interpret and understand mechanical drawings.

Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly required.

Experience in industrial automation preferred.

Basic computer skills required.

Demonstrated ability follow instruction, make decisions, solve problems, exercise good judgment and flexibility in effort maintain schedule.

High dedication to details and quality required.

Good communication-, organization-, and interpersonal skills required.

High awareness of client satisfaction level and client needs.

Applicants must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills and be able to interact efficiently with others.
