<strong>Responsibilities includes but not limited to: </strong><br><ul><li>Assemble large and complex machinery and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.</li><li>Utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) to accurately identify and locate necessary parts and components.</li><li>Operate Hi-Lo or crane equipment to safely lift, position, and move heavy components during assembly.</li><li>Securely fasten components using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Perform quality control checks to ensure all assembled equipment meets specifications and tolerances.</li><li>Test and calibrate assembled equipment to verify functionality.</li><li>Report any discrepancies or defects in parts or assemblies to supervisor.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>2-3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Assembler or related role.</li><li>High School is required.</li><li>Proven understanding and experience working with Bill of Materials (BOM).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate Hi-Lo or crane equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing or robotic automation industry would be a plus</li><li>Experience with Conveyors or hydraulic background is highly desired.</li><li>Experience with hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Should have problem solving ability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.</li></ul>
